Bobby White

Bobby White is known worldwide for his individual dance style, expressive teaching methods, and floppy hair. He is a passionate dancer of Balboa, Lindy Hop, and Solo Jazz and has won many national and international championship placements in those dances, which he teaches all over the world. His welcoming nature and humorous personality are complemented by his passion for the dance and in-depth instruction. He is dedicated to exploring the art form and history of swing dance, as shown through his well-read blog, Swungover, and the story-telling talks that he delivers at events. He is the emcee of Lindy Focus and other events.

Annabel Truesdell Quisao

Annabel is known far and wide for her huge grins and prodigious laughter on the dance floor. She discovered swing dancing during her college years starting with Lindy and then discovering Balboa. Through the years, she has social danced, taught, and competed in equal measure taking home top prizes in such events as the International Lindy Hop Championships, All Balboa Weekend, and the California Balboa Classic.

Vanessa

A passionate little ball of fury, Vanessa has been dancing for more than 15 years all across Europe. Her dancing could best be described as “utterly awesome”, and has gathered her many podiums around the world, including a second place with partner Zack Richard in the Showcase at All Balboa Weekend 2012, a 2nd place in the Balboa Strictly division at the ESDC 2012, and a slew of Jack & Jill titles, which says a lot about her ability to bring the best out of any partner she comes across. Her style is dynamic, musical and creative, always pushing the boundaries of what can be done. An enthusiastic and experienced teacher, she knows how to bring out the little details that make all the difference.

Zack Richard

Zack has been the director of Swing ConneXion, a Montreal dance school, since 2005, and has led many teams on the highest steps of podiums worldwide. An international Lindy Hop and Balboa teacher for the best part of the last fifteen years, he is a literal tornado of creativity and musicality, praised for his original, fun movement that often breaks out of convention. Having won many competitions over his career, and taught in most parts of the civilized (and less civilized) world, his vast experience as a teacher will take you to places you didn’t think you could go. A multi-talented guy, he has also MC’ed major events such as Balboa on the Promenade and the Rock Swing Boogie Festival.

Olivier Harouard

Olivier is currently one of the best dancers and teachers of Swing (Lindy Hop, Balboa, Boogie) in Europe. In Balboa, he is one of the Top 10 dancers in the world. He teaches Swing throughout the year on the Côte d’Azur, but most of all he is one of the most requested teachers to teach and judge competitions in the biggest Swing festivals throughout France and Europe. He teaches both French and English. He regularly continues to train with the best teachers in the world.

Natasha Devyatkina

Natasha is Russian and has been dancing since she was seven (ballroom dancing, competing and teaching at a very high level). In 2001 she discovered swing dancing and simply fell in love with it. She joined innumerable swing dancing workshops in Russia and other countries, Russian dancers and teachers. She fills the most complicated step with grace and makes it look so easy.
